Good News! You can begin to make purchases on your account prior to receiving your card. Simply have the sales associate provide you with your account number, after you have been approved with valid identification, and enjoy shopping! Once you receive your Mattress Discounters credit card, you may visit the Mattress Discounters location nearest to you and make purchases, based on your available credit, with your Mattress Discounters credit card.

Q4 - If I've forgotten my Mattress Discounters Preferred Customer Credit Card can I still charge purchases to my account?
Yes! As long as you have available credit you may still charge purchases to your account. You will need to provide a form of photo identification in order to verify your information and process a charge on your Mattress Discounters Preferred Customer Credit Card.

Q5 - What is the interest rate on this card?
For newly opened accounts, the APR is 23.90% and the default rate is 27.90% as of October 1, 2009. There is no interest if paid in full by the payment due date.

One of the great advantages of being a Mattress Discounters Preferred Customer cardholder is that there is NO annual fee on the credit card.

Q7 - When will I receive my first billing statement?
Your billing statement will be mailed on or about the 16th of each month. You should receive your statement by the 23rd of the current month if you made a purchase prior to the 16th of the current month. You should receive your statement by the 23rd of the following month if you made a purchase after the 16th of the current month. Sometimes it may take up to 45 days from the date of your first charge to receive your first billing statement. If you have any questions concerning your account prior to the receipt of your first billing statement, please call the Billing Department at 1-877-807-2785 or Customer Service at 1-800-626-6285.

Q8 - Am I able to make payments at the Sleep Center?
While making payments at the Sleep Center is not an option, you do currently have two convenient options for submitting payments to Wells Fargo Financial National Bank:
• Mail- pay by personal check or money order (a return envelope is included with your billing statement)
• Speed Pay- pay by phone, with a personal check, for a minimal charge. Simply call Customer Services at 1-800-626-6285 to pay by phone.If you choose to mail your payment(s), please send them to:
Regular Mail:The payment address is also indicated on your billing statement. Be sure to include your account number on your check and allow 5 to 7 business days for the payment to be received.
