The Pancreatic Cancer Action Network is committed to the fight against pancreatic cancer. Their mission is to fund private research, assist with community outreach programs, advocate for greater public awareness, and ultimately find a cure for one of the nation's leading causes of cancer deaths.

It's one of the few cancers that the survival rate has not substantially improved in the last 30 years. This year, the disease will strike more than 42,000 Americans, and it is estimated that only 5% of those diagnosed will make it beyond 5 years beyond their diagnosis.
