At Mattress Discounters, we welcome people who have experience outside of our industry! No prior bedding sales experience is required. We welcome those who have customer service experience in industries like hotels, restaurants, and retail.  We will train the right candidate! 

Those hired for sales positions initially participate in a comprehensive, paid 2-week Comfort Selling training course in order to become professional Sleep Counselors.  Our world class training program provides our people, the experience and knowledge necessary to become the best in the industry. Our Sleep Counselors consistently receive additional training by our Market Trainers who visit Sleep Centers and provide enhanced comfort selling training throughout your career!
