This is just to let you know that my entire online experience with you and Mattress Discounters was great. Thank you for being so diligent regarding contacting me on my order. The 2 delivery men were polite and efficient. They asked me if I would like them to unwrap and set up my order. Awesome! Thank you for everything.

We had an amazing experience with Mattress Discounters. There was no pressure, just good informative facts about the mattresses, and sleeping habits. I have recommended several friends and co-workers to the store, and I know they will have the best experience when choosing a new mattress. I am very please with my choice of mattress, and have been sleeping very well. See you guys in 10 years when we are ready for a new bed!

Waqas was very attentive to my interests, budget and other needs related to my mattress search. He did an excellent job helping multiple customers simultaneously and was quite personable. I walked away feeling very good about my purchase and experience at your store. Top marks to Waqas, in particular.

I am writing to express my gratitude for the very kind and patient customer care my parents received from Marcela during our trip to the store last weekend. My parents (both in their mid to late 80s) found the prospect of having to shop for replacement beds quite daunting. They were not looking forward to the experience or the expense of shopping for beds, but Marcela helped us along each step to make the process smooth and enjoyable. I hope that the removal of the old beds and the delivery of the new beds will also be stress free so that I can rate the Mattress Discounters team an "A", but I will close by saying that Marcela rates an "A" PLUS!!

I'm not one to write in about service experiences, but I had to on this. My wife and I purchased a new Sealy Posturepedic California King a few weeks ago! Oh my how I'm already having sweet dreams! Sorry for that person note their, but I had to say it. My wife and I have been sleeping on my old double bed along with our 125lb Mastiff for 5 years. It also had a crease in it down the middle from forcing it up the steps in my old house, around a corner and then finally into my bedroom. With this said I'm sure you all can only imagine how excited I am to sleep on a California King! I think the dog may actually not have to hang off the edge any longer. So, after getting excited to have the bed delivered to our new house I received a disturbing phone call. "Mr Mueller, your mattress was damaged during shipment and we won't be able to get your mattress for about two more weeks". I just about dropped dead since we had no bed to sleep on. To make a long story short I got in touch with Mattress Discounters! I explained to him our dilemma and that we didn't want to sleep on the floor for two weeks. I ended going off the deep end as any customer would in this situation, but Ron asked if he could check on something and call me right back? I said "of course...any help would be great at this point". Ron ended up contacting a warehouse manager and ended up getting a temp mattress delivered two days later while wait for the new one. I agreed to keep the plastic on which I thought was fair enough. My wife and I were about to cancel our order, but Ron saved the day! I have to say that most employees in todays world don't go out of their way to assist a customer. This is purely why we stuck with Mattress Discounters and hope all of your customers will be treated this way! Thanks again R Brian & D Mueller ~ Bel Air Maryland

"I bought my mattress in September, 2011. Jeff Q. was a great salesperson that was not high pressure and answered all my questions and encouraged me to come back as many times as needed to make a decision. I received a substantial discount on the Leggett and Platt adjustable base as well as the Sterns and Foster Chestnut Street top mattress that was the best for the base as well as my comfort level. Jeff assured me that I would receive help with getting my headboard connected to the base when the hardware did not come with the attachments when the mattress was delivered. Irv P. was there to answer additional questions to help with my decision during my visits to the store and he personally brought the hardware needed for the headboard to my home and helped me connect it to the base. No one could ask for better salesmen or service from a mattress store! I am very pleased with the adjustable base which has helped with my back and acid reflux. The massage features are fun and relaxing. I am so happy with the plush feel but firm top mattress. I have gotten wonderful nights of sleep with my choice. I highly reccommend this store and both salesmen."

" I was shopping around for bedding for a guest room. I stopped at Mattress Discounters and was helped by Brian B. I ended up purchasing 3 mattresses from him that day. He provided great information so that I was able to get the perfect bedding for my needs.

This past month my Mom became very ill. I decided it would be best to purchase an adjustable bed for her. Immediately I thought of how helpful Brian was to me back in June. I went into the store and Brian was off for a few days. He was such a big help to me before, that I decided to wait for his return. He reviewed all the TEMPUR-PEDIC options with me and really helped me decide what would be the best option for my Mom. The TEMPUR Advanced Ergo System with Cloud mattress was delivered 2 days later. The bed has been a huge help to my Mom. She can now get a good nights sleep.

I could have bought TEMPUR-PEDIC many places, especially since the prices are the same. But the reason I came back to Mattress Discounters was Brian B. He provided me with a tremendous amount of product knowledge. Brian took the time to find the right product to meet the particular needs. His kindness and sense of humor made the entire experience of shopping a pleasure. Mattress Discounters is very fortunate to have an employee like Brian. I will certainly recommend him and will be back to see him when I need additional bedding."

I just wanted to send an e-mail to you expressing how wonderful our experience was on Saturday at your Manassas, VA Location.  The salesman Mr. B. was great - he explained the different mattresses to my fiancé and me, and he was nothing like a normal salesperson.   He listened to what we liked and didn't like and did not push us to buy just any bed.  With Mr. B.'s help we were able to purchase the perfect bed.  Again, we just wanted to say thank you and to express how wonderful and helpful Mr. B. was.

It has been said that, "There is no such thing as customer service anymore."  This broad statement is sometimes accompanied by assertions that people "don’t practice common courtesy," or "won’t go the extra mile," or "treat you as though your business is not important to them."
We are taking a moment to write to you because your employee, Mr. Edward L, has defied the conventional wisdom in this regard on all counts.  We wish to highlight what we perceive to be his qualities as your company’s representative.
We initially came to the store on Rockville Pike to look for a new bed while shopping around to compare selections and pricing.  We were welcomed by Mr. Tracy J. who took the time to explain to us the different mattress types and had politely, patiently and professionally answered all of our questions.  He provided us with much useful information and never made us feel pressured.  We were impressed by his demeanor and would like to suggest that he might be of great value to your establishment.
After visiting other stores, we called the branch with additional questions and spoke to Mr. L., the store manager, as Mr. J. was not available.  Mr. L. proved to be in full knowledge of policies, specifications and pricing and answered our every question.  Although we were offered discounted rates and incentives to make the purchase at a competing store, we made it a point to keep our business with your company due to the truly pleasant shopping experience and great customer care.
Upon our arrival to the store, we met with Mr. L. who personally proceeded to assist with our purchase while providing useful information which helped us in making our selection and in feeling confident with our choices.  His knowledge, thoroughness, patience, and politeness enabled us to easily arrange for our needs.  This outcome reflects well upon your company, and most especially upon Mr. L. as store manager.
We decided to write this letter of commendation on behalf of Mr. L. because we were impressed by his professionalism and his helpfulness.  We intend on making another purchase and will be keeping our business with this store.

Good afternoon. I am writing to let you know of the great experience my wife and I had in your store on Coastal Highway in Rehoboth Beach, DE today. Our salesperson was Kurt and he made the whole experience of purchasing a mattress very easy and pleasant. We had been visiting various mattress stores in the area and really did not like the high pressure, pushy sales people whose tactics often seemed unprofessional. We always left with the sense that they were only telling us what we wanted to hear. This was not the case with Kurt. He was very helpful. He showed us the various products in the store and provided us with great information and informed us of the sales being offered and let us to make our decision. We really felt we could trust him. In fact we originally came into the store to purchase a mattress set for our daughter and ended up purchasing a new set for ourselves as well. Just wanted to let you know of our positive experience and to commend Kurt to you.

I bought a mattress set last night at your Bethesda Chevy Chase location on Wisconsin Avenue. I happened to have the EXTREME good fortune of being helped in the process by your employee, Megan T. What an exceptional customer service representative your company has in her. She was extraordinarily capable of answering any question we had and was extremely knowledgeable in every aspect. It's refreshing to have that happen and to not feel like we're being taken for a commission at a store like that. Megan did everything in her power to make sure we knew what we were getting ourselves in to and what each mattress provided. You have a valuable employee in Megan T. and I would come back to that store (but not for 20 years since the mattress is so good) just to be assisted by her again. If anyone asks me where to go and who to deal with for a mattress in the future, you can bet I will use her name and Mattress Discounters in the same sentence. Thank you for hiring such a competent and customer friendly person.

My name is Mr Bryan H and I was recently at your store in Catonsville , Md. Mr S. Baker was the person who helped me when me and my wife purchased a new bed. It not only was delightful but very much appreciated to have someone assist us in a very honest and trustworthy manner. Usually we go to stores and we hear a lot of this and that anything to get you to buy an item . Mr Baker was very professional, curious and seem down right honest in answering all of our questions and to be quite frank i have never received the type of help from anyone anywhere when purchasing items from a store. It would be in your best interest to make sure that Mr. Baker is noted and receive recognition for his service. I will do my part in recommending to all my friends and family to go to Mattress Discounters for the well placed service and quality that was provided to me and my wife. I will be back to buy more beds soon.
