At Mattress Discounters, we pride ourselves on dependable, professional, and courteous delivery. To help us serve you best please prepare for your delivery the following these simple steps:
- All stops are routed with an estimated time frame. Mattress Discounters will contact you the evening prior to your delivery to give you an estimated window. All deliveries start at 7:00 am until completion of delivery run, usually by 8:00 pm.
- Please ensure that an adult is home on the agreed upon delivery date and time to sign for receipt of the goods.
- In order to help us keep to our schedule, please strip the linens from the mattress set being replaced and clear a wide path to the room. Maneuvering a large mattress set is a difficult process so please remove any breakable objects along the delivery path.
- Please disassemble existing bedding and detach any headboard/footboard so it is ready to be removed.
- Our delivery team will ask you to sign a release if they determine that there is a possibility that delivery could pose a risk to you property.
- Please note that some foundations may not fit through small hallways or up some staircases.
*Other charges may occur if outside our normal delivery area.
All Accessories under $50.00 purchased separately add $10.00 for Delivery. All Accessories over $50, Delivery is included.
Warranty Information
We believe in the quality of our products and we test them for quality when we make them. To protect you against certain defects, we offer a limited warranty with each Tempurpedic products purchased directly from Mattress Discounters.
If you believe your product is defective and want to file a warranty claim, please call our Customer Service staff at 1-800-755-7378. They will guide you through the process and answer any questions you have.

We bought a Stearns and Foster ploliw top mattress (King) in 2006. After three months we noticed it was taking on body indentations. To turn over you felt like you had to roll uphill. Plus we started to have back aches from sleeping in "the pits". Had the store come out. They measured but it did not meet the "sag" criteria. However you could see it even with the bed made. In 40 years of mattresses we never had any problems until this one. We finally decided to go back to the store even if they could not take it back because S & F wouldn't cover it. I went in demanding that I be given the S & F reps phone number because I wasn't going to keep this one no matter what. The store owner offered us a full store credit which was great. After trying out all kinds of mattresses we opted for a Tempurpedic. It was the best decision we could have made. It did cost us signifcant more money on top of our credit (the S & F credit was $2200) but was worth every penny. We have now had the Terpurpedic for over a year and no kidding every night I get into bed I say "I love this mattress". Some say it takes a while to get used to it took no time for us one night and we were hooked. Good luck in whatever you choose and read your warranty closely.
