YOUR PURCHASE IS BACKED BY MATTRESS DISCOUNTERS’ 60 NIGHT COMFORT GUARANTEE
Your comfort is our highest priority. Our Comfort Guarantee gives you 60 nights to make sure your mattress is "just right." We ask that you give your body a minimum of 30 nights to adjust to the comfort and support of a new mattress. After that time, you have up to the 60th day from your original delivery date to take advantage of our Comfort Guarantee.
To exchange a mattress, simply return to the Sleep Center where the purchase was made and select another mattress of equal or greater value. A processing and handling fee of 15% of the mattress purchase price will be assessed to all exchanges. The customer is responsible for paying the difference between the regular everyday price of the new merchandise and the regular everyday price of the original merchandise plus all applicable exchange and delivery fees and taxes. If a reselection is of a lesser value, refunds do not apply. Exchanges on Stearns & Foster and Tempur-Pedic cannot be made below the manufacturer’s minimum advertised price.
Our exchange policy is a one-time courtesy only and exchanges may only be made after the 30-day adjustment period. All foundations, box springs, adjustable bed bases, special orders, clearance items, warranty exchanged product, floor models, and accessory items are not eligible for the comfort guarantee. The mattress must be free of stains and in its original condition. We do not allow reselections for issues regarding mattress height or size.
